หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
– Check / Consider In-Depth Insurance (OPD) and In-Patient (IPD) Direct
– Claims (IPD) are also included. Thai-Re / Swiss-Re / RGA or Reinsurers.
– Pre-existing condition check and condition check / history request submission In case of outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD).
– Coordination of information on claims and reconsideration with brokers / clients.
– Read the results of the examination. The insured person’s treatment history and the results of the analysis to present, approve or reject the claim as requested.
– Consult with team members. In the case where the claimant has problems.
